Our service arrangements.
Delivery: orders ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Standard shipping is free, and tracking is provided.
Timing: allow 1–3 business days for processing and an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days.
Returns: eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. We pay eligible return shipping, charge no restocking fee and issue refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving an eligible return.
