These Terms of Service govern your use of https://pinecrestadventure.shop and purchases from PINECREST ADVENTURE GOODS LLC, operating as PINECREST.

Use of Our Store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information and not to use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately, including their appearance, included components, dimensions, and intended use.

Screen settings can affect displayed colors. This does not excuse material differences between the product supplied and its description.

Unless expressly stated in the listing, photographs do not mean that scene props or additional products are included. We do not claim competition approval, flight ratings, safety certification, or tested performance unless expressly stated and supported for the particular product.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send the shipment confirmation.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error, payment failure, or a reasonably identified fraud concern, we will contact you. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be refunded in full.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and checkout charges are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Displayed product prices include applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is free within our delivery area. No additional sales tax, shipping charge, or import fee will be collected from you at delivery.

Available payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to offer the correct price or cancel and fully refund the order. We will not charge an increased price without your consent.

Shipping

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–5 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4–8 business days.

Delivery estimates do not remove our responsibility to address delayed or missing orders. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipment date or cancelling for a full refund.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We pay eligible return shipping costs and charge no restocking or return processing fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive an eligible return.

Product Use

Follow the instructions supplied with the actual product and select an activity area suitable for its intended use.

For throwing activities, keep adequate clearance from people, animals, traffic, windows, and other hazards. Inspect equipment before use and stop using damaged equipment. Provide appropriate adult supervision where children are involved.

These precautions do not limit our responsibility for defective products or your rights under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, and other content are owned by us or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not commercially reproduce its content without authorization or another lawful basis.

Website Availability and External Services

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur. External payment services and linked websites are subject to their own applicable terms.

Shopify supplies our commerce platform. The seller responsible for your purchase is PINECREST ADVENTURE GOODS LLC.

Consumer Rights and Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a mandatory consumer right, an applicable product warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our obligations concerning products, delivery, returns, and refunds.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Kentucky, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your state of residence.

Changes

Revised terms apply prospectively from publication. Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights concerning an order already placed.
